Optimal Care Software (initially), a company that helps hospitals reduce costs and improve labor productivity.
Situation:
Optimal Care Software had concerns with its branding and positioning, both strategically and tactically. It wanted to rebrand itself, perhaps even to the extent of changing its name.
Solution:
Working closely with management, L. Stern & Associates:
• Conducted qualitative research to uncover target market purchase decision drivers, and perceptions of the company on an absolute basis and relative to the competition
• Simultaneously conducted research to ascertain acceptability of certain words for name and tagline
• Developed recommendations for name, tagline and positioning statement
• Developed a new logo, upon adoption of the new name, tagline and positioning statement
• Designed and wrote a new Website
• Created direct mail pieces and displays for a key industry trade show
Results:
• A new name: Agile Healthcare
• A new tagline: Predictive Analytics: the Power of Knowing
• A new positioning statement
• A new logo, as well as Graphics Standards
• A new Website, and materials for the trade show, all with uniform branding
